Playtest, v0.8.0.9: "Every time it says Finished local operations. It gives the player’s name and then their player number together. Same thing is seen for finished cargo."

record() prefixes a line with the acting player’s NAME for every event carrying player, and five narration lines also embedded Player <index> themselves — phase ended, actor changed, the Red Flag ruling, the extension vote and the Yard Office ruling. The name is the log’s job; the sentence is the narration’s.
